Ass Prof. Katrzyna Sznurkowska MD, PhD
Graduate of the Medical University of Gdańsk (formerly Medical Academy in Gdańsk).
Holds a PhD in medical sciences; her dissertation was titled: "Assessment of the Degree of Angiogenesis in Malignant Germ Cell Tumors in Children."
She is a specialist in pediatrics and clinical immunology, and an assistant professor employed at the Clinical Department of the M. Kopernik Hospital in Gdańsk (Copernicus Medical Entity) as well as at the Department and Clinic of Pediatrics, Gastroenterology, Allergology, and Children's Nutrition of the Medical University of Gdańsk.
She completed a clinical-research internship at Schneider's Medical Center of Israel in Tel Aviv.
An expert in immunology, with key interests in immunological infertility, oncology, and autoimmune diseases in children.
